" An act of faith is a total abandonment to forces greater than one; and the selection of pieces in this collaboration embodies this renounce in different ways. They reveal to us what it means to live after a great revelation, or the human aftermath of contemplating for perhaps too long, the abyss of emptiness and infinity. An act of faith is an orgy in an idyllic field, it is trusting in the methods of science to try to understand the world. To live observing the remains of the uncountable in the body and mind; a set of mystical, passionate or contemplative sensibilities that in their intensity exceed the present, long for other worlds and overflow into alternate chronologies. Through instants of abnegation, the works propose multiple strategies: contemplation and observation, measurement, convocation, worship, adoration, care, rescue. Ways to make habitable a world that will forever remain bigger than us. (...) "
